Aron Ezra is an innovator and entrepreneur. He has served as CEO of multiple software companies, all of which he grew over 20x and were acquired in multimillion-dollar exits.

His previous company, OfferCraft, won the Platinum Award from the G&L Roundtable for best new technology; was named Startup of the Year by the Best in Biz Awards; was named one of the Top 20 Most Innovative Technologies; and was profiled in over 200 news stories published in places like The New York Times, Forbes, Quartz, and Business Insider. It was acquired by NRT, a Canadian FinTech company that processes over $20 billion annually.

Earlier, as CEO of MacroView Labs, a mobile software startup used by hospitality, healthcare and retail customers, Aron grew the startup into a powerhouse with tens of millions of users, and dozens of industry awards. It was acquired by Bally Technologies (now part of Light & Wonder).

Additional past highlights include serving as an SVP at Hill & Knowlton (part of WPP); and as a Director at The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare consultancy (part of UnitedHealth). As a thought leader on many business and future technology topics, Aron has been invited to give more than 1,000 presentations at industry conferences. He has won dozens of honors, including being named one of the Most Intriguing People in Las Vegas by Seven Magazine, and a Top 10 Rising Business Leader in the city by the Las Vegas Business Press. Aron is also an investor and advisor to several startups and middle-market technology companies. He has a bachelor's degree with honors from Princeton.

Over the last 20 years, Slav Kulik has led dozens of software development teams serving both startups and Fortune 500 companies, and has won many awards for his work. He is a passionate leader who loves technology, his customers, and his teams. Early in his career, Slav was an engineer for several large international eCommerce and customer support companies, where he helped design and implement things like fraud prevention tools, data warehousing, and platforms that continue to process millions of dollars of daily transactions. He repeatedly designed fast, reliable, massively scalable architectures that earned him increasingly senior engineering roles, including serving as SVP of Engineering at multibillion-dollar companies.

Eventually, Slav co-founded a few startups, including OfferCraft and MacroView Labs, where he was Chief Technology Officer and Chief Software Architect — each of these software companies were acquired in 8-figure deals. During this time, Slav gained deep, hands-on experience building up and running diverse teams of engineers around the world. Slav launched Plan A with many of the developers and creatives who have worked alongside him for years. He still enjoys personally jumping in to write code any chance he has.

Iwona 'Eva' Skornicka is Vice President of Account Management & Customer Success. With a 20+ year background in operations, product development, and business strategy, she has an impressive track record of managing diverse teams and achieving stellar results. Eva has led software development initiatives across many industries, including financial services, high tech, gaming and more. Prior to joining Plan A, Eva worked as a senior executive at several different organizations: she ran a major credit underwriting technology company; she led the design and implementation of digital wallets for a US FinTech company; and she managed financial transactions at a large California casino.

Eva started her career while working at a European telecom company, where she was given responsibility for setting up new local offices in Eastern Europe, recruiting the initial team, and training the newly-hired managers. She is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and an active member of ACAMS, the largest global membership organization dedicated to fighting financial crime. (She co-authored the 6th Edition of ACAMS Study Guide, a textbook used by AML compliance specialists worldwide.) Eva graduated from Radom University in Poland with a degree in Business and Finance.

John oversees complex digital transformation initiatives for many of our clients, and manages both our architecture team and our regional team in Australia and New Zealand.

With a passion for leading technology strategy and solution delivery, John has supported organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar companies. He has previously served as CTO, CIO, and COO, across multiple companies over his 30-year career in technology. He has directed software and hardware engineering, data and business intelligence, product development, delivery, risk management, as well as private and public cloud infrastructure and information security functions.

As a senior executive in the gaming industry, John worked for organizations like Aristocrat and William Hill. His contributions include authoring over a dozen technology patents and driving standards adoption as chair of the Gaming Standards Association's Gaming Device Subcommittee. John later transitioned to the public safety and telecommunications sectors, where he led major transformation and modernization efforts for several companies. He collaborated with Australian government emergency services and utility agencies to implement long-range voice radio systems. Additionally, he partnered with leading global tech giants such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, Twilio, and Zoom to integrate VoIP technology into their UCaaS products like Microsoft Teams, Google Voice, Zoom, and Twilio's VoIP APIs.

In addition to his bachelor's degree in math and computer science, John is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dmytro Shapar leads our Solution Architecture Center of Excellence, and focuses on architecting technical solutions for our customers that are elegant and easy-to-manage. His expertise across multiple programming languages and approaches allows him to solve even the most complex challenges. Prior to joining Plan A, he tackled over 100 different development projects for clients spanning multiple industries across the United States and Europe. He has been a developer, a chief software architect, and a CTO, and has worked for some of the largest private and public software development shops in the world. Dmytro enjoys creating solutions for both startups and multibillion-dollar companies with complex infrastructure, security, and regulatory requirements.

Dmytro has been passionate about software since he was in high school, when he won a prestigious computer science Olympiad and represented the Ukraine in the International Computer Science Olympiad. He graduated with honors and holds a bachelors and masters degree from Karazina National University in computer programming. He also holds several professional software certifications from organizations ranging from Carnegie Mellon to Google, and works hard to stay updated on the latest cutting-edge technologies.

Vitaliy Polyanskiy is Vice President of Project Management at Plan A Technologies, where he runs the project delivery side of our business. All project managers across the company report to him, and he is ultimately responsible for overseeing the on-time, on-budget delivery of our award-winning custom software solutions for our clients around the world. Vitaliy is a gifted communicator, planner and project leader, and loves mentoring our other project managers to ensure that Plan A consistently earns outstanding feedback from our clients. He has spent more than a decade developing and managing high-performing tech teams for both startups and multinational enterprise clients.

Prior to joining our team, Vitaliy held several leadership roles across the tech world. He was as a CRO manager, a product manager, and (of course) a project manager. Vitaliy holds a master's degree with honors in engineering from the Zaporozhye National Technical University in Ukraine.

Pierre Darbouze helps our clients to create their product vision and to, then, execute and bring that vision to life. Whether it's a brand new idea to be scoped, and improvement to an existing product line, or a modernization project that needs to get across the finish line, Pierre gets software launched.

Pierre is a calm, thoughtful leader with a strong technical background working at both startups and Fortune 500 companies alike. After many year working in Silicon Valley for Cisco, he has spent the last decade managing increasingly complex products mostly in heavily regulated industries. His experience spans high tech, gaming and hospitality, marketing, and financial services.

Pierre graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in computer science.

Ingrid Cordeiro manages our entire HR team including our HR managers, and recruiters, and leads company-wide efforts to find, engage, and insire the best engineering and creative talent in the world. She started her career in HR and search more than twenty years ago as an intern, and quickly realized that she loved helping her employers find just the right talent for all kinds of different roles. She worked in several Brazilian businesses, had the opportunity to work in both Chilean and Chinese multinational corporations, and ran her own successful talent consultancy for more than a decade.

Ingrid holds multiple degrees and is an expert in behavioral analysis and technical recruiting.

Bruno oversees our Regional Directors at Plan A Technologies to help ensure our teams work are efficient, effective, and have a lot of fun together.

A senior software engineer with nearly 20 years of experience, Bruno holds a degree in computer science from the Universidade Católica de Pelotas in Brazil. Before joining Plan A, Bruno worked on several systems for Lojas Renner, the largest fashion retailer in the Brazil, and was part of the team responsible for developing Brazil’s groundbreaking PIX instant payment system and its integration with Sicredi, a prominent financial cooperative. He also worked for payroll giant ADP, where he contributed to the development and maintenance of diverse platforms for managing payroll, HR, benefits, and document management.

He holds multiple certifications from companies like Google and Oracle, and constantly seeks new ways to enhance his work, life and the Plan A team. His natural leadership ability and teamwork skills make him an outstanding leader at the company.

Loremar Guimarães manages our engineering team in Central and South America. He has over 20 years of software development experience working across in many different platforms and managing teams. Over the years, Loremar has designed and developed solutions for several verticals including healthcare/biotech, financial services, digital marketing, and more. He also created custom CMS solutions, working closely with sales teams to achieve the best conversion rates possible for every new lead. While working in the ERP industry he helped with the redesign and refactoring of huge legacy codebases.

Loremar is a natural leader and enjoys training, motivating, and inspiring people. In his career, he mentored dozens of developers, and enjoys helping them to improve not only their careers but also their work as team members. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and holds a degree in Systems Analysis.

Vladimir Chernyshov supervises our teams spanning the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking world.

With both bachelors and masters degrees from universities in Ukraine, Vladimir is a seasoned technology leader who has spent over 20 years as a software engineer, systems administrator, and architect. He also co-leads our DevOps practice and tackles particularly complex DevOps challenges for our clients.

Vladimir has worked across multiple industries and geographies, and works hard to keep the team engaged and up-to-date on all the latest innovations. Having spent 7 years as a professor, he enjoys teaching and brings that spirit of learning and self-improvement both to his own client work and to the broader Plan A Tech community. He is incredibly dedicated to ensuring client success and high satisfaction levels across every engagement that he and his teams touch.

Ali Azizoğlu oversees our teams in Turkey and India. Ali is a seasoned senior leader who loves working with clients to produce high-quality software, and loves mentoring other team members.

Ali has deep development experiences across industries like tourism, insurance, banking, gaming, civil defense, and more. As a fullstack developer, he codes in multiple languages including .NET, C, C++, Node, Angular, React, and more. Ali has worked as an engineer, a project manager, a project architect, and a leader. He has developed hundreds of software tools and applications from scratch has also had enhanced many existing software platforms in accordance with the best system architecture approaches.

Ali is passionate about a broad range of topics, and when he's not in front of the computer, he can usually be found with a book in his hands.

Bamiyo Emina serves as Regional Director for Africa and a senior QA engineer at the company. With a wealth of experience that spans both innovative startups and large organizations, Bamiyo has been a steadfast advocate for the critical role of software test automation in delivering high-quality products.

Early in his career Bamiyo quickly distinguished himself by effectively planning and deploying comprehensive test suites for various software applications. Over the years he refined his skills in mobile and web test automation, and today he leads multiple high-performing software testing teams. His commitment to nurturing emerging talent is evident in his efforts to guide individuals seeking to transition into technology roles, and the work he does at the company to mentor other staff.

Bamiyo's passion for technology and commitment to excellence in quality assurance are central to his work. Bamiyo ensures he remains connected to the evolving landscape of technology, continually driving innovation and quality in every project he undertakes. He is a graduate of the University of Benin.

Christian leads Plan A's creative work across the globe. He oversees our artists, UX designers, animators, and our growing game development studio. Over the last two decades, he has held design leadership roles at both startups and at multibillion-dollar international entertainment and gaming companies.

Christian brings a blend of design and business expertise to the company — he has studied innovation, business operations, production, animation, and fine art. He has helped incubate and develop many products, and holds several patents for his work. Christian also has a strong understanding of different market expectations and design philosophies, and has led teams across Australia, India, Eastern Europe, South America, and the US. At Plan A, he loves mentoring his staff, helping our clients to innovate, and ensuring that the work we deliver across all our clients is inspirational, fun, and easy-to-use.
